Abstract:
To provide a sensor device that simultaneously measures a plurality of portions of piping while suppressing increase in a configuration of the device, and even when the piping has a relatively small outer diameter, can measure the portions while suppressing optical loss.SOLUTION: A sensor device 10 comprises: an optical fiber 11 that is formed with a plurality of FBG sensors 14; and a detection unit that makes light incident on the optical fiber, and detects reflected light that is light reflected by at least one of the plurality of FBG sensors. Portions of the optical fiber where the plurality of FBG sensors is formed are wound around piping 103 to form a winding angle θ1 that is perpendicular or at an acute angle with respect to an axis line O1 of the piping, in a side view of the piping seen from a side of the portions of the optical fiber where the FBG sensors are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
