Title:
SENSOR MAGNET FIXING STRUCTURE AND MOTOR HAVING THE SAME, AND ELECTRIC POWER STEERING DEVICE AND VEHICLE HAVING MOTOR MOUNTED THEREIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016127709
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor having a sensor magnet fixing structure that can be excellently installed with a small number of components, can firmly fix a sensor magnet to a rotating shaft, and never loosens or drops out in the rotation direction, an electric power steering device and a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a sensor magnet fixing structure in a rotation angle sensor in which the rotation angle of a sensor magnet 200 secured to a rotation shaft 101 is detected by a magnetic detection element 181 provided at a confronting position, a step is formed at one end portion of the rotation shaft 101 to form a fixing support pole, a spring 160 is disposed on the step so as to surround the fixing support pole, a mount hole of the sensor magnet 200 is fitted to the fixing support pole to press the spring 160, a press plate 210 which is fitted to the fixing support pole and the sensor magnet 200 is secured to the tip portion of the fixing support pole, and the press plate 210 is pressed by a pin 150 to be inserted and fixed in a cylindrical hole of the fixing support pole. A convex portion is formed at the apex portion of the pin 150.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
