A sensor sheet includes: a holding body 4; three or more detection electrodes 7 disposed on only one surface of the holding body 4 in the thickness direction of the holding body 4 and away from one another; plural relay electrodes 10 disposed on a surface opposite to the one surface so as to overlap with the three or more detection electrodes 7 when viewed in the thickness direction of the holding body 4; and wiring 9 disposed on the opposite surface, electrically connected to each of the relay electrodes, and electrically connected to a detection circuit. One of the plural relay electrodes 10 faces one of the three or more detection electrodes 7 and is disposed in an area outside borderlines of other detection electrodes 7 adjacent to the one detection electrode 7 when viewed in the thickness direction of the holding body 4.
