Title:
SENSOR SUBSTRATE, DETECTOR, AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014190911
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor substrate, a detector and electronic equipment capable of improving detection sensitivity by adsorbing a target molecule to a periphery of a metal fine structure having an intense enhanced electric field, even when the target particle is chiefly subjected to physical adsorption to a substrate surface.SOLUTION: A detector 10 for detecting a target molecule in a fluid sample includes a sensor substrate 20, a first light source 31 which irradiates the sensor substrate with first excitation light 31A, a second light source 32 which irradiates the sensor substrate with second excitation light 32A to induce surface enhanced Raman scattering, and a photodetector 50 which detects the surface enhanced Raman scattering light. The sensor substrate includes a metal compound where an electron-hole pair is excited by a photocatalytic reaction by the first excitation light 31A, a plurality of metal fine structures formed on a surface of the metal compound, and a charging part which charges the surface of the metal compound into one potential of the electro-hole pair.
