Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor capable of improving stability of detection, and a microphone, a blood pressure sensor and a touch panel.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor according to one embodiment includes: a holding part, a first film part; and a first detection element. The first film part includes a first edge portion and a first end portion. The first edge portion includes a first extension portion extending in a first direction and a first intersection portion extending so as to intersect with the first direction and being connected to one end of the first extension portion, and is held by the holding part. The first end portion is aligned with the first edge portion in a second direction intersecting with the first direction. The first film part is deformable. The first detection element is fixed to the film part and includes a first magnetic layer, a first counter magnetic layer and a first intermediate layer provided between the first magnetic layer and the first counter magnetic layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
