Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and the precision of revising work by not only reporting a correction object word but also reading out and reporting a correct word corresponding to the correction object word from a rewrite dictionary memory at the time of detecting the correction object word in a sentence. CONSTITUTION:When a word in a sentence is a use inhibited term, a CPU 10 discriminates this word as an inhibited term and inverts and displays the word to inform an operator of the rewrite object word. Rewrite candidate words are read out from a rewrite dictionary memory 14 and are displayed on the lower part of a display screen together with select numbers. The operator finds not only the correction object word in the sentence but also a correct word used instead of the correction object word, and thus, the operator is saved the trouble to retrieve the correct word by himself at each time and the correction is facilitated.
