A plurality of the notched lines 41 are arranged, in two rows, orthogonally to a direction where a first paper piece part 10 and a second paper piece part 20 connect with each other, and an unsealing strip part 42 is sandwiched between the two rows of the notched lines 41 and separable from a surface sheet 5 by connecting the notched lines 41 together. The notched lines 41 and the unsealing strip part 42 form an unsealing profile 40. Further, the notched lines 41 are each configured of a marginal part 41a extending in a direction where the notched lines 41 are arranged, a marginal part 41b with one end connected with one edge part of the marginal part 41a and the other end facing the unsealing strip part 42 side, and a marginal part 41c with one end connected with the other edge part of the marginal part 41a and the other end facing the unsealing strip part 42 side and also showing that an extended line of the marginal part 41c faces a direction where it intersects the marginal part 41b of the adjacent notched line 41.
