Title:
SEPARATE PULVERIZATION MECHANISM FOR WASTE ALUMINUM CAN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000343043
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To facilitate troublesome classification of bottles and cans by identifying and separating waste glass bottles and waste cans fed from a feeding port, identifying and separating the classified waste cans into waste aluminum cans and waste steel cans, and feeding the separated aluminum cans into a crusher to pulverize them.

Waste glass bottles and cans such as aluminum cans, steel cans, glass bottles are put on a feeding base 1, and the feeding base 1 is rotated to a state 'b', and in the case of the light aluminum cans and steel cans, they are made to fall while a receiving plate 2 is rotated as it is. The heavy glass bottles oscillate the receiving plate 2 to a position 'b' and are made to fall from a gap between the receiving plate 2 and an elevating plate 3 to separate the glass bottles from the cans. Further, the steel cans of the cans are adsorbed on a magnetic drum 8 and are brought to the position of a scraper 4 and pressed flat by a press mechanism 5. On the other hand, the aluminum cans are made to fall down without being adsorbed on the magnetic drum 8 and are pulverized by a pulverizer.
