Abstract:
To provide a compact separate type air-conditioner with an indoor unit in lower construction, having performance and efficiency equal to or greater than conventional one in simpler construction.
The separate type air-conditioner in a bookstand shape comprises an air inlet portion 4 and a blow portion 3 provided on the lower side of a casing and the indoor unit 1 provided on the upper side thereof where a heat exchanger 2 and an air outlet portion 6 are arranged. The heat exchanger 2 is bent to be open upward, and a sump portion 5 is opposed to the lowest bent portion of the heat exchanger 2.
