To provide a fluid separation valve of novel constitution having a valve element with a fluid discharge port.
This fluid separation valve is a chilled water separation valve 500 having a valve element equipped with a chilled water discharge port 506 provided with a first chilled water port 502, a second chilled water port 504 and a discharge valve 501. The valve element defines a chilled water flow channel 503, a chilled water discharge channel 505, and a valve portion 508, and the valve portion 508 is arranged in an inside of the valve element, to be communicated with the first chilled water port 502, the second chilled water port 504 and the chilled water discharge port 506. The first chilled water port 502 may be communicated with the second chilled water port 504, when a flow branch device 509 is brought into the first constitution. The first chilled water port 502 is communicated with the chilled water discharge port 506, when the flow branch device 509 is brought into the second constitution.
