A separation and disposal device for refuse is provided with a pair of cylindrical drums 2, which are horizontally arranged, has a refuse- discharging opening 3 on one end side and are of a binocular-shape as a whole, rotating shafts 5, which are arranged at the center of each drum 2 inside, and plural blade plates 8, which are fitted to each rotating shaft 5, are rotated as one body, crush refuse within each drum 2 and generate a flow of air in the axial line direction. There are further provided with plural garbage- discharging holes 10, which pass through from the inner peripheral surfaces to the external peripheral surfaces of the drums 2 and discharge garbage, and an other refuse-discharging openings 14 which are provided on the other end sides of the drums 2 and discharge the other airbone refuse.
