This facility is provided with a separation tank containing a heating medium and separating metal compound plastic waste by dipping it in the heating medium; a waste supply device supplying the metal compound plastic waste to the separation tank and a waste supply port; a heating medium supplying device supplying the heating medium to the separation tank; a rotary weir device pressing and dipping the waste into the heating medium in the separation tank; a first recovery device recovering separated matter mainly consisting of the plastic of the metal compound plastic waste floating up to the surface of the heating medium in the separation tank; a second recovering device recovering separated matter mainly consisting of metals in the waste settling to the bottom of a heating medium bath of the separation tank; and a heating medium discharge device discharging the heating medium from the separation tank. The heating medium supply device has a heating medium injection means injecting the heating medium to an approximately right under part of the waste supply port.
