Title:
SEPARATION METHOD OF REMAINING READY MIXED CONCRETE AND METHOD OF SEPARATED WATER EVAPORATION TREATMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3645546
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out aggregates from a residual ready mixed concrete remaining in work field without discharging washing wastewater and recycle all of sand and powder components smaller than the aggregates.
SOLUTION: The residual ready mixed concrete remaining in a work field is poured to a screen 1 to separate aggregates 3 by blowing high temperature/high pressure steam by sieving. The mortar state components dropping through the screen 1 are thrown to a pipe-like conveyer 4 to which hot air is blown to evaporate water while the components are stirred and transported. Sand, powder components, dust are recovered by using a cyclone 10 and a bag filter 11 and separately stored and reused properly depending on the respective particle size based on the use. Accordingly, since aggregates are taken out by using steam no polluted washing water is generated. All of the mortar-state sludge components can be made recycled by water evaporation and the waste treatment and transportation cost can be saved and the treatment is very preferable in terms of environmental conservation.
