Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6481782
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simplify operations by suspending two beams in a horizontally spaced, parallel relation to each other between the right and left shafts of two cages, passing balance weights longitudinally between the beams, and integrally mounting a support guide rail bracket for the cages and for the balance weights.

CONSTITUTION: Two beams 14, 15 are provided in a horizontally spaced, parallel relation to each other between the shafts A1, A2 of two elevators 1, 2 and are each secured to the walls of the shafts at each end. A beam structure in which two balance weights 7, 8 are longitudinally passed between the beams 14, 15 is formed. An integral rail bracket 16 supporting guide rails 4, 5 for the cages 1, 2 and a guide rail 9 for the balance weights 7, 8 is mounted on the beams 14, 15. Therefore, rail installation work can easily be performed at the same time to facilitate operations, and the spaces for the cages 1, 2 can be widened.
