To provide a separator for a fuel cell and a solid oxide fuel cell capable of equalizing gas concentration inside a cell face for improvement in power generation efficiency and ensuring uniform temperature distribution inside the cell face for prevention of breakage of a power generation cell.
This separator 8 for the fuel cell is provided with gas passages 11 and 12 for guiding reaction gas, and a gas guide part 20 blowing reaction gas in the gas passages 11 and 12 for bending gas flow into L-shaped flow to guide it to gas discharge ports 11a and 12a. The gas guide part 20 is formed on the depth side in the gas flow direction beyond the gas discharge ports 11a and 12a. By means of the gas guide part 20, the gas discharge direction from the gas discharge ports 11a and 12a is changed for jetting the reaction gas toward the center part of the power generation cell.
