Abstract:
To provide a separator for a power storage device having low air permeability, high strength, and high heat resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a separator for a power storage device including an inorganic-containing layer containing inorganic particles and a thermoplastic resin mainly composed of polyolefin. The MFR of the inorganic-containing layer containing the inorganic particles and the thermoplastic resin is 0.05 to 5. The inorganic-containing layer has pores, and the contour of the pores is formed from the thermoplastic resin alone or from the thermoplastic resin and the inorganic particles. In the plane direction cross section of the inorganic-containing layer, the ratio (Lio/Lt) of the length (Lio) of the portion formed from the inorganic particles in the contour, and to the total length (Lt) of the length of the contour and the interface length between the thermoplastic resin and the inorganic particles is 0.05 or more and 0.25 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
