Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely separate warp yarns from a group thereof one by one at a high speed.
CONSTITUTION: This separator for warp yarns in an automatic machine for leasing is obtained by installing a separating plate 45 movable in the longitudinal direction of warp yarns 7 while pressing a tilted side edge 46 to the end of a group (5a) of the warp yarns from which the warp yarns 7 are to be separated and a separating needle 17 movable in the direction to hook the warp yarns 7 with an enlarged interval in accordance with pressing of the separating plate 45 to the group (5a) of the warp yarns and movement thereof and separate the warp yarns 7, in the automatic machine for leasing capable of successively separating the warp yarns 7 one by one from the group (5a) of the warp yarns, passing one or plural warp yarns under each lease string at a time and carrying out the leasing.
