To provide a sequence program design support device capable of easily creating a sequence program controlling operations among a plurality of facilities when designing a production line.
A facility design support system includes an LED 11, a light emitting display plate 10 having a switch 13 for switching the LED 11, a camera 20 for photographing the light emitting display plate 10, and a computer 40 for processing an image photographed by the camera 20, correlating a predetermined emitting position and a signal of a facility, and writing an operational condition to proceed to the next step from the signal state in a sequence program, reproduces the signal state by flickering the LED 11 in accordance with the procedure manual, reads the state by the camera, and creates the sequence program by setting the signal state read by the computer as the operating condition.
