To make serial noise filters small-sized by distributing magnetic paths of signal-side coils, which are adjacent along the length of a stack body of noise filter elements constituted by capacitive coupling between signal-side coils and ground-side coils across a stacked dielectric layer, alternately to different width-directional end part of the stack body.

Serial noise filters are constituted by alternately stacking a dielectric layer 1a where signal-potential side coil patterns 21a to 21d constituting 1st to 4th noise filter elements are arranged and a dielectric layer 1b where ground-potential side coil patterns 32a to 32d constituting 1st to 4th noise filter elements are arranged. The 1st and 3rd signal-potential side coil patterns 21a and 21c have couples of inductor parts 211a and 212a, and 211c and 212c arranged on one width-directional end part side of the dielectric layer 1a and the 2nd and 4th signal-potential side coil patterns 21b and 21d which are adjacent thereto have couples of inductor parts 211b and 212b, and 211d and 212d arranged on the other end part side.
