Abstract:

To identify a server that is the cause of a fault.

A server abnormality determination device stores information identifying a server, routing information showing a route including the server regarding message data of a transaction, and information associated with a server response average that is an average of response values, each of which represents a time from sending of a request message for the transaction to reception of an answer message in the server. When the server response average is greater than a threshold, the server abnormality determination device determines that an abnormality has occurred in the route, and records the information identifying the server and the routing information.
