To notify an orderer terminal of order cancellation more quickly than before.SOLUTION: A server (13) communicating with an orderer terminal (10) for ordering foods and drinks and a supplier terminal (11) for supplying ordered foods and drinks comprises: an order acquisition unit (71) which instructs the supplier terminal (11) to supply an ordered food and drink on the basis of an order from the orderer terminal (10); and a situation acquisition unit (73) which acquires availability information indicating whether the ordered food and drink can be supplied or not from the supplier terminal (11) and, when acquiring the availability information indicating that the ordered food and drink cannot be supplied, notifies the orderer terminal (10) of cancellation of the order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
