PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the security of a login.SOLUTION: The login processing includes executions of: when receiving an input ID, ID authentication processing inquires each stored registration ID of the input ID; when it finds the corresponding registration ID, mail address input request processing sends an input request of the registered mail address to a communication terminal; when receiving the input mail address, mail address authentication processing compares the corresponding registered mail address with the input mail address; when it corresponds to the registered mail address, one-time password generating/sending processing generates the one-time password and sends it to the registered mail address; when receiving the input one-time password, one-time password authentication processing compares the sent one-time password with the input one-time password; when it corresponds to the one-time password, login authentication processing authenticates the login request from the communication terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
