Abstract:
To provide a server-managed point management system for an automatic service apparatus capable of giving points for use of the automatic service apparatus even if information exchange between a point server and a point card processing terminal device fails.SOLUTION: A point server 118 for managing point information is attached to a game machine 106nn that operates according to a billing signal output from a fee collection device. The point server generates payment point information according to the billing signal and is connected to a point card terminal processing device 110 that includes a card reader. When information exchange between the point card terminal processing device 110 and the point server 118 fails, after the failure is resolved, the payment point information generated according to the billing signal stored in a point card processing terminal device 111 during the failure is transmitted to the point server 118. and adds the payment point information received by the point server 118 to the latest point information to updates the point information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
