Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a service cart for selling articles fitted with an upper drawer for accommodating a card reader for credit cards, etc., with which it is possible to secure the indoor dimensions speciousy by installing a table for a signature of receipt upon the upper drawer in such a way as capable of being opened and closed.
CONSTITUTION: A service cart 1 for use in a passenger room of an aircraft, rolling stock, etc., for selling various goods for passengers is formed in a box shape from a top plate 4, side plates 5, floor plate 6, back plate 7, door 2, etc., and at the four corners of the floor plate 6, casters 3 are provided. The arrangement includes an article drawer for accommodating articles and an upper drawer 10 located over the article drawer for accommodating a card reader, and a table 11 for singing a receipt is furnished on the upper drawer 10 in such a way as capable of being opened upward. The table 11 is pivoted swingable on a horizontal shaft while a certain spacing is reserved with respect to the bottom surface 12 of the upper drawer 10.
