To provide a service utilization monitoring system for, when a user in a communication service using a portable terminal and the payer of charge are different, presenting a report related with the high sum of use by the user to the payer, and for a user to know the use sum in real time without waiting for the calculation of charge for a claim, and for surely managing the latest circumstances.
A service utilization monitoring system is configured to extract customer information from a customer information storage device which stores customer information related with a user or a payer in each prescribed period, to extract the communication information from the communication information storage device which stores communication information based on the use of the portable terminal in each period shorter than the prescribed period, to calculate use charge for each item of the communication of a user in an object payer based on the customer information and the communication information, to generate alarm for each item when prescribed conditions are satisfied by the calculated use charge, and to generate a report based on the generated alarm.
