Abstract:
PURPOSE:To neglect induction from the external of the titled device and to reduce the servo controller side at its size by digitizing the whole circuit of a DC servo amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A CPU16 repeats operation for reading out residual pulses to be the difference between the number (a) of distributed pulses and the number (b) of returned pulses being an output of a deviation counter 1 and outputting pulse width proportional to the read value from a PIO20 and a digital switch 17 is used to limit current generated at the start/stop of a DC motor 5. Namely, a fixed value displayed by the digital switch 17 is defined as the maximum value of waveforms t1, t2 to limit the current at the start and stop of the DC motor 5. An output from an armature current detector 8 is digitally fed back by an A/D converter 22. The DC motor 5 is rotated by repeating an output pattern obtained from a parallel I/O interface controller PIO20 and inverted by outputting ''0'' and ''1'' inversely. The turning speed of the DC motor 5 is increased by increasing the pulse width of t1 and t3 and decreased by reducing the pulse width and the pulse width t1 and t3 are set up proportionally to the number of residual pulses in a deviation counter 1.
