Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically obtain the transfer function of a compensating circuit for obtaining desired servo characteristics while improving the servo characteristics by a spring element making worse response characteristics of a controlled system.
SOLUTION: In the servo control unit for positioning which outputs to a driving system the quantity of deviation of the feedback position 11 of a 1st position detecting device outputting the current position of the controlled system from a command position 1, the driving system consists of a driving part including a driving device using a servo motor and a transmission part for transmission to the driving device and controlled system and is provided with a 2nd position detecting device; and the difference signal 9 between the feedback positions from the 1st and 2nd position detecting devices is fed back to the deviation quantity through the compensating circuit 10 and the difference signal is outputted to the driving part to improve the response characteristics of the driving system. The transfer function of the compensating circuit 10 is the reciprocal of the transfer function of driving parts 2, 3, and 4.
