Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo controller for simplifying constitution at the time of digitally estimating and suppressing disturbance whose impression on an object to be controlled is predicted and feedback-controlling the object to be controlled, and for realizing miniaturization and low costs.
SOLUTION: This servo controller is provided an observer 14b for digitally estimating disturbance to be impressed from the outside part to a spindle motor 10 to be analogically controlled, and for generating a disturbance estimate and a DSP(digital signal processor) 14 for controlling the spindle motor 10 by feedback control. In this servo controller, the disturbance is compensated based on the disturbance estimate, and the spindle motor 10 is controlled by the DSP 14. In this case, the observer 14b estimates the disturbance based on a manipulated variable before on sample timing among digitalized manipulated variables outputted from the DSP 14 and control deviation digitalized in a present sample timing in a feedback control system, and generates the disturbance estimate.
