Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate no vibration in positioning response characteristics of the servo controller and to shorten the time of settlement at a target position.
SOLUTION: The servo controller equipped with control mechanisms 2 and 3 of a feedback compensation system is equipped with a digital filter 10 which has a transfer function corresponding to the control mechanisms of the feedback compensation system and inputs a position command, a subtracter 13 which performs subtraction between a feedback coordinate value C(z) as the output of the servo controller and the output value of the digital filter, a differential computing element 11 which differentiates the signal from the subtracter and outputs a speed response difference value, and an adder 1 which adds the speed response difference value from the differential computing element to the position command R(z). The servo controller applies the signal from the adder 1 to the control mechanisms of the feedback compensation system and selects characteristics of the digital filter 10 excluding the term of a sampling operator from the denominator of the transfer function of the whole servo controller.
