Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a vibration noise from being generated when a load is at a stop and to maintain silent environment by providing a data reducing means. CONSTITUTION:When the load moves, a gain switching decision part 9 sets the gain of a gain switching part 7 to '1' and the multiplication coefficient of a speed feedback switching part 8 to a specific value, and normal control is performed. When the load stops, the gain switching decision part 9 switches the gain of the gain switching part 7 and the multiplication coefficient of the speed feedback switching part 8 to specific lower values (or '0'). If the rotary shaft of a motor 17 turns between backlashes of a gear mechanism owing to disturbance during the stop of the load, position data Dp and speed data DF are outputted from a position detection part 2 and a speed detection part 3. The speed data DF is multiplied by the lower multiplication coefficient or '0' through a multiplication part 5a, so a value outputted to an addition part 5b becomes an extremely small valve outputted to an feedback gain is reduced, thereby suppressing the oscillation of the rotary shaft of the motor 1.
