Abstract:

To obtain a servo-type accelerometer which reduces an irregularity in a temperature characteristic by a method wherein an arm part is sandwiched by a support component formed by bending one metal plate so as to be screwed.

A support component 30 is formed in such a way that one pair of right and left through holes 30a through which arm parts 3 are passing are bent with a curvature. When the curvature is set, it is possible to prevent the support component from being broken, and a gap which is used to insert the arm parts 3 is formed. In addition, tongue pieces 30b are formed so as to protrude in intermediate parts on two parallel sides of a rectangular metal plate, and holes which are used to fix the support component 30 to a stand 6 by using a screw 32 are formed in the respective tongue pieces 30b. Thereby, the right and left arm parts 3 are sandwiched by one support component 30, the support component 30 can be fixed to the stand by using one screw 32, it is not required to fine adjust the tightening force of the screw, and the assembling operation efficiency of a servo-type accelerometer can be enhanced.
