Abstract:

To provide a servomotor neutral position setting apparatus for a wireless remote-control model, capable of setting the neutral position of a servomotor with high precision by a simple structure of fitting a servo-horn in an output shaft of the servomotor.

The part of the output shaft 20 of the servomotor 1 to be fitted in a fitting hole 50 of the servo-horn 40 is prismatic, and a projecting stripe 20A parallel to the insertion direction of the fitting hole 50 of the servo-horn 40 is formed on at least one face of the outside wall of the prism. A recessed stripe 50A, formed in the same direction as the direction of forming of the projecting stripe 20A on the outside wall of the output shaft 20 to be fitted with the projecting stripe, is formed on at least one face of the inside wall of the fitting hole 50. A structure to restrain the maximum rotation angle in one direction of the output shaft 20 of the servomotor 1 and the maximum rotation angle in the direction opposite from the direction is disposed on a casing side, and the intermediate value of the output values of a potentiometer when the output shaft 20 of the servomotor 1 is at the maximum rotation angle position in the direction opposite from the one direction is set as the standard neutral position of the output shaft of the servomotor.
