Abstract:
A set temperature change device (2) includes a storage amount calculation unit (201), a cold storage determination unit (202), and a set temperature change unit (203). The storage amount calculation unit (201) calculates a storage amount that is a total amount of goods stored in a low-temperature warehouse. The cold storage determination unit (202) determines, on the basis of the calculated storage amount, whether a set temperature of an air conditioner (3) installed in the low-temperature warehouse should be lowered during low electricity rate time periods. If the cold storage determination unit (202) determines that the set temperature should be lowered, the set temperature change unit (203) lowers the set temperature of the air conditioner (3) during the time periods.
