To provide a setting method for processing condition capable of processing efficiently and easily residue fluid in an RFCC (Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking) apparatus to highly value-added products such as gasoline and light cycle oil.
Operation condition variables for classifying previous operation data as sections of operation data with a predetermined regularity are acquired based on an ID (Interative Dichotomiser) 3. Double regression equations of the condition variables of each section are calculated. Reference catalysis adding amount models are formulated with a consecutive weighted average of the double regression equations of each section. Target resolving rates are acquired from reaction theory data by IF-THEN type rule, measured resolving rates are acquired from measured values of reaction states to be mutually compared, and variables are required. The reference catalysis adding amount from the reference catalysis adding models are modified by the variables, and a minimum and an optimum catalysis adding amount is acquired without requiring skills.
