Title:
SETTING DEVICE OF PREPROGRAMMING SIGNAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59191609
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy countermeasure to the noises of a pattern generator, etc. and to obtain the synchronism between this pattern generator and a rectifier, by reading out a preprogramming signal through an electronic computer to hold this signal at a buffer memory as well as to read it out by a timing signal. CONSTITUTION:The digital preprogramming signal which is previously programmed to an electric computer 9 is transferred to a buffer memory of a pattern generator 10 in time series. The analog signal delivered from a D/A converter of the generator 10 sends a current reference signal synchronizing with the thyristor rectifier 4 to a feedback control operator 2. The operator 2 compares the signal obtained by converting the feedback signal given from a plasma 6 into a compensation component of the current reference signal through a plasma control circuit 8 with a reference signal with an actual current flowing to a poloidal coil 5 used as an input. Then the gate phase angle of the rectifier 4 is controlled by a current controller and a gate pulse generator 3, and the radio wave of the coil 5 is controlled to a prescribed level. At the same time, the synchronism is obtained between the generator 10 and the rectifier 4.
