CONSTITUTION: When a mold 2 for casting is placed on a molding board 1, by sandwiching a corrugated fiberboard 3 between the bottom face of a mold 2 and molding board 1, at the inner corner part of bottom face and damaged part of molding board, etc., the clearance is completely filled up, when molten steel penetrates into the clearance between the mold 2 and molding board 1, the corrugated fiber board 3 is served as obstacle, retarding a penetrating time, the molten steel is rapidly solidified due to contact with low temp. die base material to form solidified shell.
