Title:
SETTING METHOD FOR REFERENCE PIN HOLE POSITION IN LAMINATED DIE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001246435
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a setting method for a reference hole position capable of automatically deciding the reference hole position satisfying an optimum condition even in the case of a laminated die having a large and complicate shape.

A method consists of a grouping process, in which a contour line showing a shape of respective parts 13 in a lamination cross section is divided into an outer peripheral pass where the outside of an contour line is outside the shape and an inner peripheral pass where the inside is outside the shape, respective outer peripheral passes and the inner peripheral passes included therein are grouped as one block, and a setting process of a reference hole position, in which a hole position of a reference pin is set under the condition that by using the grouped contour lines, the setting position, at respective lamination cross sections, is located on the longitudinal direction of a part as well as at the position too close to the center and the straight line connecting two reference pins 15 roughly bisects a part area, further, when a depth of the reference pin hole reaches a standard length of a specified reference pin, by newly setting a reference pin hole position of a set of two, the reference pin holes are successively added down to the lowest layer of the laminated die.
