To provide a setting structure of an electromagnetic induction tag simply obtainable capable of suppressing the depth of a space in which the surface side of a magnetic material and a metallic base material is opened to the minimum extent even when the electromagnetic induction tag is set in the space, maintaining the performance and strength of the magnetic material and the metallic base material, and dispensing with the spacer made of a non- magnetic material and having a simple configuration by setting the electromagnetic induction tag for a magnetic material and a metallic base material without using a spacer made of the non-magnetic material.
The electromagnetic induction tag 1 is embedded in the space 6 of the magnetic material and the metallic base material 5, and the distance G1 between a conducting outer surface on a side of the magnetic material and the metallic base material 5 of an antenna coil 2 formed coaxially like a disc and a bottom wall face 6b of the magnetic material and the metallic base material 5 facing it is set to be 10 μm or more and 5 mm or less.
