The solar battery panel 5 is fixed by the support block 10 for the rooftop 2, and since a space S is formed between the solar battery panel 5 and the rooftop 2 by means of the support block 10, draft is performed for the space S. Thereby temperature increase in daytime or the like of the solar battery panel 5 is suppressed, and power generation efficiency of a solar battery 5 is increased. Thus, the lowering of the power generation efficiency by temperature increase of the panel of the solar battery can be prevented.
