PURPOSE: To perform the control between a series of processes started in a server and processes started by events for efficient setting of link connection between processes.

CONSTITUTION: Within a server 1, the application processes 2 (2j, 2k) corresponding to a data base access starting an application performing a series of processings and the end processes 3 (3i, 3m) corresponding to the client which is generated for every event and a control process 4 controlling the application processes 2 and the end processes 3 are provided. This control process 4 always exists within the server 1 as far as the accesses to data bases 5 (5l, 5n) are allowed. The requests from clients 7a, 7b,... enter into the server 1 via a network 6.
