Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately cut a woven fabric at a cut mark position put on a warp through a simple scheme.
CONSTITUTION: This setting system is made up of a means for putting a cut mark on a warp 12, a fabric weaving length measuring means to determine the length of the warp 12 consumed, the length of the prepared woven fabric or the time for weaving it, an alarming means giving an alarm at about a point when the length of the prepared woven fabric determined by the measuring means reaches about a specified length before the cut mark, a means for setting, as remaining weaving length, the length to be woven necessary for reaching the cut mark following the alarm alarmed before reaching the woven fabric cutting position, and a cutting instruction means for giving woven fabric cutting signal at a point when the actual length to be woven after setting the remaining weaving length reaches the remaining weaving length.
