This terminal is provided with a 1st information processing part 7 having an enciphering part for enciphering the card information read by a card reader part 4, a 1st transmitting part 8 for transmitting the enciphered information, a 2nd information processing part 9 which receives and processes the enciphered information transmitted from the part 8 and is provided with a decoding part, a 2nd transmitting part 10 for transmitting information decoded by the decoding part, and a central information processor 3 for receiving the information transmitted by the part 10 and processing a received signal.
