Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6316156
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sedimentation basin where the installation and maintenance of a filter part are easy and the prevention of the stack of a solid content on the upper screen of the filter part and the efficient washing of a filter material layer can be performed.SOLUTION: In a sedimentation basin comprising a sedimentation part for precipitating a solid content in water to be treated and a filter part for filtering the water to be treated passed through the sedimentation part, the filter part includes: the flow passage of the water to be treated flowing with the upward flow of the water to be treated; a filter material layer consisting of a plurality of filter materials filled within the flow passage of the water to be treated; the outflow part of treatment water where the treatment water obtained by the filtration of the water to be treated at the filter material layer outflows; and an outflow part screen being disposed at the outflow part of the treatment water and preventing the filter materials from outflowing. The outflow part screen is a vertically installed screen extending in an inclined or orthogonal direction to a horizontal plane and has an opening where the screen is not disposed at least a part above the filter material layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
