To provide a sewage treatment pump facility which can be easily constructed even at an existing sewage treatment pump facility and can dry a pump well without incurring a cost for energy for the maintenance of the facility.
The sewage treatment pump facility comprises a pump well 103 reserving inflow sewage coming through a sewage inflow pipe 101, and a pump device 104 discharging the sewage reserved in the pump well to a discharge pipe 105. A sluice mechanism 1 for temporarily reserving the inflow sewage and intermittently releasing the reserved water to the pump well is provided in an inflow water passage 8 extending from the sewage inflow pipe 101 to the pump well 103. The sluice mechanism 1 comprises a valve body which autonomously alters its posture between a cut-off posture closing the inflow water passage and an opening posture opening the inflow water passage 8, and a flush gate including a posture switching-over mechanism for maintaining the cut-off posture until the water level of the inflow water passage rises to a predetermined level and allowing the posture to be altered to the opening posture interlocking with the water level, when the water level reaches the predetermined level.
