Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the occurrence of a sewing drift and surely and smoothly apply the prescribed sewing by providing a texture guide section suppressing the build-up of a sewn texture and guiding the texture movement in the sewing direction at the position directly behind a texture presser.
SOLUTION: A front feed dog 2a and a rear feed dog 2b are circulatively moved in the vertical and longitudinal directions during the operation of a sewing machine, and the lower fabric of a texture W is applied with force feed force in the prescribed sewing direction (a). A texture presser 4 is reciprocated back and forth in the sewing direction (a) at the same time, and the upper fabric of the texture W is applied with the feed force in the sewing direction (a). The texture W is sewn by a needle during this feed motion. A texture guide section 19 is extended at the rear end section of the texture presser 4, it presses the build-up of the sewn texture W directly after being fed from a force feed region, and it moves and guides the texture W along the lower face of the texture guide section 19 still under the effect of force feed.
