A connecting part 17 has a connecting element 19 extending in the almost outward radial direction. Another connecting part 18 has a connecting element 28 extending in the almost inward radial direction. When the connecting elements 19 and 28 are fitted, there is an intermediate space between them. An intermediate material is made of a coated body 20. The coated body 20 serves as a cover for the connecting element 19 of the connecting part 17 as well as fills the intermediate space between the connecting elements 19 and 28.
