PURPOSE: To obtain a resin shade with an easy-to-machining, inexpensive ornament.

CONSTITUTION: Plural steps of ring units 23a and 23b molded with a ring material (rattan) of thin diameter are integrally laminated, and a wide ring assembly 26 is formed, and on its peripheral surface a ring-shaped ornament 22 is formed by turning a peel 14. A resin shade 21 forms a flange part 27 on its lower end in a reverse-bowd shape and projections are formed in the proper parts on the outer circumferential surface of the flange part 27. The projection is brought into elastic contact with the inner wall surface of an assembly part 24 of the ring units 23a and 23b, and the outer circumferential surface of the flange part 27 is locked in the clearance 25 of the assembly part 24.
