PURPOSE: To transmit torque uniformly to a driven shaft by preventing the occurrence of impact force applied to the driven shaft and a shaft connecting mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A spacer 6 is brought into close contact with a connecting part 3a where a pair of parallel planes 3b are formed, and forms a column body together with the connecting part 3a, and an out-fitting part 22 of a flange hub 20 fixed to a spindle 5 is fitted around this column body. A main body part 31 of a hydraulic fixing ring 30 is fitted around the out-fitting part 22, and when high pressure operating oil is filled in an oil pressure chamber 32 formed along the inner peripheral surface of the main body part 31, the out fitting part 22 is contracted, so that the inner peripheral surface of the out fitting part 22 can be brought into pressure contact with the out-fitting surface of the column body.
