Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a friction torque by constraining the rotation of an elastic presser member relative to a pivot shaft and rotating the elastic presser member integrally with the pivot shaft in a relative rotation between the pivot shaft and a member to be rotationally moved.
SOLUTION: A flange part 1a of a pivot shaft 1 abuts on an elastic plate 3 by a prescribed calking and a presser plate 5 abuts on an elastic plate 4 so that the elastic plates 3, 4 are stacked on the both sides of a bearing plate 2b and elastically pressurize the bearing plate 2b from the both sides. This constitution generates a friction torque between the elastic plates 3, 4 and a bracket 2 and after the pivot shaft 1 and the bracket 2 are relatively rotated, the relative angle between them can be held into an appropriate angle. The rotation between the elastic plates 3, 4 is constrained and the elastic plates are rotated integrally with the pivot shaft 1 at all times in relative rotation between the pivot shaft 1 and the bracket 2 so that the friction torque can be stabilized.
