Title:
SHAPE-CONTAINING SOAP AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3180273
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the title soap having an attractive appearance and can be made easily at a low cost and to provide a process for its production.
CONSTITUTION: A molten transparent soap base after saponification is divided into two parts in such a manner that their compositions are differentiated from each other so as to give them different specific gravities. Each of them is solidified into a soap lumps and cut into a thin soap flake. The resultant flakes are assembled into a flower shape 2 the specific gravity of the upper part of which is smaller than that of the lower part by, e.g. suitably bending them. Separately, the composition of a coating soap 3 is adjusted so that its specific gravity will be higher than that of the upper part 21 of the shape 2 but lower than that of the lower part 22 by varying the composition of its transparent soap base in the same manner as that in the shape 2. When the shape 2 and the coating soap 3 in a flowable state are placed in a container, the shape 2 can spontaneously stand in the coating soap 3 in such a manner that its upper part 21 is situated above while its lower part is situated below, and the entire is cooled to obtain the title soap 1.
